Yep. Keep going. Train strict (cos at our age you'll get injuries if you don't), train heavy with compound lifts and eat as clean as possible (not easy with families and commitments) and you'll look great. Give it 3 months. We can still add and maintain mass at 48, it's just that we don't recover as quickly and our joints are a bit worn already. Good work so far!
