Superpump 250 or White Flood?
Guys,
I had samples of these as well as Gakic. The Gakic made me too nervous at half dose so although I got a nice pump out of it, It's not in the running.
I love the pumps I get from 250 and White Flood. What's your preference and why? I know they are 2 different products in that 250 is an NO, but they basically acheive the same thing.
Thoughts?

WF, because it doesn't upset my stomach. Both work for me, and both do different things, but as a staple it's WF because of the stomach issues.

what do u mean the gakic made u nervous?? im asking because im looking to get answers from ppl who have actually used muscletech supps who arent going to just bash it. i dont mean to hijack ur thread just tryin to find a quick answer..
in response to ur post, i havent tried either but ive heard that two of the best preworkout supps are sp250 and white flood, and im interested in trying WF myself.

I tried a tub of Super Pump and the first 3 days with it, it was pretty darn good. Running to day 4, I had to bump up the servings. By the end of the first week, the effects were not the same. White flood in the other hand always gave me the same crazy pumps and energy every time I take it. I've been through 3 full tubs and it has not yet let me down.

NP,
It made me too jittery and that was at half dose. I was tweaking for hours after taking it. I dont get the tweak from 250 or WF.

I enjoy both. I have had great workouts with both formulas. I like the fact that GN did a little research on their formula as well. You really cannot go wrong with either product.

I like Superpump. I have not tried WF though. The only thing about superpump is, it seems I almost shrink after a few hours.

White Flood, cheaper and simply to reward them for using good labeling. They don't do the whole 50 servings per tub thing only to tell you to take 1-3 servings at a time. That means it's more like 16-25 servings per containerm the price just doubled or tripled! With WF a serving is 2 scoops and you don't need more than that. I really wish more companies would do this or charge proportionately if they don't. You shouldn't charge for 50 servings if a serving is really 1/2 or 1/3 of a real serving.
Plus there is a new flavor of white flood coming out soon, should find out what that flavor is any day now but CL has been really amazing with their recent flavors so I'd expect it to rock.
And finally, just as someone who reads all the review threads on the review forum... I can tell you WF gets a higher positive review rating than Superpump. i'd say about 85-90% positive for WF and about 75-80% positive on Superpump. Both are quality products, I'm sure both will work well, but I personally would go with WF or Ragnarok over Superpump.
A final note. If you've tried a sample of WF you've tried the tabs... if you got good effects from the tabs then the powder generally has an even larger and faster effect, the tabs last longer but don't peak quite as high in their effects. Most people prefer the powder unless they are unable to easily take the powder for some reason or they need the longer duration.

i have went through a full tub of white flood, was amazing, no im about a week and a half in on a tub of superpump250 (i took a 4 week break)
i dont notice any difference between the two actually.. except
Cost: White flood wins
Taste: Super pump 250 (blue ice) wins bu a LAND SLIDE.
white flood is releasing a new flavor soon though. so it might taste good.
(ill be honest though the best pre work out i ever drank was energized Xpand, (though it was my first pre workout stim.. so maybe i just reacted super well to it.

i have not used superpump250 but i'm on my second tub of whiteflood soon to be third. i run to the gym, do my thing with the weights, and still have energy to run home. i like it because it's easy on my stomach, and i don't crash 3 hours later.

most people dont crash on supeprump250 bc, compared to most other preworkouts on the market, there isnt as much caffeine. excessive caffeine consumption is what leads to adrenal stress and the dreaded 'crash'
i think the main consensus is that every product works different for everyone, its good to try out different products and see what they do for you. superpump250 is the #4 selling product on the worlds largest online supplement retailer for one simple reason, it works, and works well!

You will get like 50/50 response on this. My favorite though out of the two was White Flood.

This. By the time I was halfway through the SP250, I was having to take 3 scoops, and sometimes another scoop or two intra-workout, because it seemed like I built a tolerance to it very quickly. A lot of people like the taste of SP250, but at 3 scoops, it's sickeningly sweet to me. The Ice Blue Razz and Fruit Punch flavors are the best IMO, but they are really too strong. Still on my first batch of White Flood, but I like it a lot more so far, plus it's cheaper.

I took sp250 orange for about 5 days and each time I drank it I almost threw up from the nausiatingly horrible taste. Im not to sure about white flood, but I am very satisfied with animal pump which I havebeen taking for around 2 weeks now, and it seems very promising to get another container of animal pump after this one. Never going to buy sp250 again.

Everybody responds differently to different products. Do what I did keep trying new ones until you find one you like. You can't go by ratings either, because in the pre workout catagory shock therapy should be up there as one of the highest rated products out there. I don't rep or have anything to do with Universal but I got to give them props same with Controlled Labs on White flood.
Our Nitric Shock should be here on bb.com sometime soon. Like I said it's always good to keep an open mind and try different things you might find one you really like and what the next guy says won't matter, it's how well you respond to a product that counts.
