Diet and Supp. Critique - Looking for advice
I have started a new diet/supplement routine for fat loss this week and I would like opinions please. I attempted to research on each item before purchasing them (Why, when to take, etc), however it always helps to have outside opinions and a helping hand! The diet is a modified Velocity Diet. Personally I like drinking shakes like the V-Diet, however I've incorporated one solid meal per day in. I started this past Saturday and have felt great so far. I am not using the supplements the original diet uses, but have tried to replace them in a more budget-minded way.
Typical Day
Pre-Breakfast:
-1 NOW Tribulus tablet, 1000mg
Breakfast (7:30-8AM):
-2 scoops ON Whey (varying flavors)
--Ice/Water only
-2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
-1 tsp Greens+ supplement
-2 NOW Omega 3-6-9 pills
-1 NOW 7-Keto DHEA pill
-2 Walmart/equate fiber pills
Lunch (Noon typically):
-2 scoops ON Whey
--Water only
-1 tsp Greens+
-1 Multivitamin
-2 Fiber pills
-1 NOW Omega 3-6-9 pill
Mid-Afternoon Snack (3PM):
-2 Scoops ON Whey
--Water only
-1 NOW 7-Keto DHEA pill
-1 NOW Omega 3-6-9 pill
-1 NOW Tribulus tablet, 1000mg
(Workout before or after dinner)
Dinner (5-6PM):
-Simple solid dinner such as a home made bean burrito in a whole wheat tortilla, or fish with green vegetables, or 4-6oz turkey patty with green vegetables
Pre-Bed (9-10PM):
-2 Scoops ON Whey
-2 Fiber pills
-3 NOW ZMA capsules
Roughly 1600-1800 calories, macros are around 50% protein, 25% carbs, 25% fat.
