u remind me of gunny, just workout harder and eat what u normally do but just cut out some of the fat and sodium and u will soon see size.

i had pho at 9:30am and brought com thit nuong tam bi cha and bicep still sore as hell, im going to nap in the back of the shop hopefully my biceps heal s alil more for back workout today and gonna try to break my bench records, it all depends how i feel today. just ate a mc donalds sausage egg biscuit sandwich, u mad?

im going for my personal best bench press tomorrow but my biceps are so sore, never been like this in so long. I stop barbell curling 135lbs for a few months and start working on preacher curls more with 110lbs ez built in barbell thingy they got on those bicep curl rack with numbers on the side.

started off with 15mins of forearm and bicep warm ups with 15lbs, everyone kept looking at me funny bc im play with 15lbs db.

reverse curls with 50lbs, 12 reps for 5 sets

135lbs barbell curls 12 easy reps
155lbs8 reps
175lbs 4 reps

preach curl 110lbs 18 easy reps
then each set i drop 4 reps

everything is just almost the same but i hit it harder, now i cant jerk off. This have to heal asap so i can do back tomorrow and then max out on chest.

I got confident and have been cheating a bit. I'm gonna check myself again.

I want to have a good season this year.

I weighted myself when I got back. I m down to 178.5 with almost one day of not eating.
