Can someone recommend a good online PT

Can someone (who's had a positive experience) recommend an online personal trainer? Does it really work though??

I am in the process of setting up my CPT business and will do online. Online will only work if you do!! But isn't that true about all training??

Never tried it.

As an idea, though...you live near some major universities I suspect. They typically have a rec center with people on staff who have master's degrees in physiology discipline. You can get a health assessment and they can design an exercise routine for you...as well as give you personal training.

They tend to be very, very reasonable. Many of them also have undergrad degrees in nutrition which can be helpful.
