210lbs => 175lbs (9 months)
Here is my transformation pic. On the left I am 210lbs >20% BF and on the right I am 175lbs 11% BF. The body fat percentages were taken using skinfold calipers so they are not very accurate.
I wanted to post this so I could get your opinion on whether I should start bulking up now, or if I should continue with the cut. I was thinking of maybe getting down to 170lbs.
What do you guys think?

I agree I don't think your 11% bf but you definately cut down. I would go for a nice clean bulk add some good mass then get back down to a lower bf%! good job anyway!

not 11% but nonetheless you seemed to have retained most of your muscle. hit up a solid clean bulk and you will look great.

looks more like 12-14% to me, anyway you can bulk all the way to 18%, which can be a lot
of muscle mass if you don't eat too much while bulking, anyway good work man.

Thanks for all the replies everyone!
Yeah, I've decided to bulk up now based on everyone's response. I think I'll spend the next 6-8 months bulking up to approx. 185lbs. Then cut down to ~180lbs or something like that.
Thanks again.

No specific fat loss routine. However, I MUST recommend using Dymatize Dyma-Burn Extreme if you want to lose weight really fast. I wouldn't recommend it for long term weight loss, but if you need something extra for 1-2 months, then it's really good. I lost approximately 2lbs per week when on Dyma-Burn, but without it, I only lost 600g per week. So it works really well for short term weight loss.
