Not necessarily. I do 3x5 dumbbell press full ROM with 70s and 3x5 BB bench 145. He can probably do it though - I just wanna see a vid.

That's weird... I can do 12 reps with the 70s and 215 on bb bench. Usually when people start to rep the 100's it means they are in high 200 bench range but he is doing 135s which leads me to believe he can for sure get 315 no problem.

Check out my pics theres a shot of my legs i never said they were big but i can squat 405 and rep 315x12 90 degrees. I train for str thats why i dont look like what i can do ;/

Bench- 225x8=285
Squat-260x13=365
Snatch-125x15=180
Clean-170x12=215
Total=1,045lb (I was the only junior to be on the 1,000lb list so I'm pretty happy with my results)
40 time- 4.69 (I'm a LB)

agreed... @ 5'10-11 / 141BW at the time... I pushed 110DBs for 4 clean reps, and my BB max while not training for BB seriously was 265x1... so I totally believe 335BB at 135DB is accurate...
Much props, love seeing light BW pushing heavies...
