broke 2 PR's today. squat and SLDL (vids)

315x5 SLDL, no problems. back rounds just a touch on reps 4 and 5. yes straps and belt.



315x4 squat- i asked the only other guy in the gym at the time to give me a spot, bad idea, he basically assists me on every rep when i coulda done it fine on my own. he doesnt really lift on me but he follows me every rep for some dumb ass reason. i'll do it on my own next time. this guy knows one thing about the squat "look up!" lol. he then proceeded to tell me "he used to squat four or five hundred pounds" lmao.....pretty sure he's a miscer with those kinda stats




critiques are welcome as long as u have a clue wtf you're talkin about.

cuz i live in rural oklahoma and my gym is ghetto as **** lol! it has a power rack and the safety bars but no other hooks/short bars to rest the bar on at shoulder height. just have to make due with what i have for now.

ya its not great. genetics are a bitch man. keep in mind there are natural guys who rep 495 and make u look like weaksauce too

i started out 4yrs ago using 95lb for bench, squat and deadlift. i've come a little ways since then, dont hate.

ok looks like i need a new belt! this whole sitting back thing is a lot F'n harder than it sounds lol!
