Yep, I know what you mean. It's hard to make time for lifting, and proper diet when life catches up to ya. Sometimes it's sucks. It'll all blow over though. I'm looking forward to it because it's such a great stress reliever for me... a lot piles up on me when I don't have an output for everything

Lafayette? I lived there most of my life then I moved to Columbus, IN about 5 years ago. Lafayette is a lot better than Columbus in terms of things to do.

Wasnt Craig the guy who quit smoking.
My workouts..lol
my left shoulder has turned to sh*t. It only hurts during certain shoudler exercises. I have eliminated side raise, but my left shoulders have been sh*T for over 5 years.

yea we do in clarksville indiana. thats also where my gym is right by bass pro shop. if you do anything around this area you go to clarksville ha

I feel ya on the shoulder pain. My right shoulder has always bothered me and has kept me from getting the gains I should have in bench, etc. But within the past few months I had been taking an anti-inflammatory (Piroxicam) I got from the Dr and it has helped to the point that I don't even take it anymore and and have no pain in my shoulder.
It feesl so good I can even do some lateral raises again and my workouts have been the best they have ever been the past few months.
