Its impossible to crush an egg with your hand?

I think the idea behind it is to use only your thumb and index finger. Because of the way it's shaped, it shouldn't break, even though everybody thinks it should.

OP is trying to trick us in to cracking the egg and cutting our hands!

its suppose to be impossible if you put all the pressure on the two tips, but really, any imperfection in the egg (not being perfectly round, or your finger slips off the tip) and the egg will crack

its supposed to be from the top to the bottom, the angles have some sort of structure like an arch on a bridge that balances the force. the sides arent the same so that video didnt proove anything, if someone is gonna try, try from top to bottom?

It is actually impossible to break it if you grab it with all 5 fingers at the thinnest point (aka the middle) (if you do it wrong it will break though) (100% serious).

this trick only applies to index finger and thumb. of course if you applied megatons of pressure on the two ends of an egg it would break

when you crack that thing, you are putting a lot of pressure, so when that thing breaks, it will have sharp pieces, and the pressure could possibly jab into your skin.

The correct technique is place your index finger on the narrow end and your thumb on the wider end and using pinch strength try to crush it. Most people can never do it. To be able to means you have great pinch grip strength
