try working the your biceps brachialis and the long and lateral head of your tricep more, im sure that'd give your arm a little more width
about the forearms, i have no idea... i have noticed that deadlifts and heavy rack pulls have my forearms sore the next day, so maybe do those along with some isos.

Yup, same problem here, but I don't mind it.
Just put some more mass on it, less concentration curls and more exercises focusing on thickness.

I have this problem and I'm 220 lbs.
I think its just how you portray yourself.
I hate looking at myself relaxed from the front, but from the back or side i look amazing.

I have the same problem, bud. This is typically when you have long arms. It's not often a guy with long arms has much thickness in them unless they have great genes or have a perfect diet/routine.

Its common in most teens.. when you get older and your muscles have 'matured', if your still bodybuilding then its unlikely you'll have that problem.

Well said.
A lot of us really haven't "filled out" yet, something that just comes with age. It's different for everyone.

I have the same thing lol. It sucks but someone who used to have it told me that everything evens out after working out so it's all good. Just have to deal with it.
