youd have to start over.
I accidently kicked myself out of keto this week and it took a few days to recover.
Week 2 Day 1 - 255.8
Week 2 Day 2 - 253.0
Week 2 Day 3 - 251.2
Week 2 Day 4 - 252.6
Week 2 Day 5 - 252.4
Week 2 Day 6 - 250.6
Week 2 Day 7 - 248.6
Week 2 Total loss - 3.2 pound loss
Had my cheat today, kind of curious how I'll do this new week.

If you don't mind me asking, Why would you want to go so low BF%? You wouldn't even be able to maintain that for a day.

Hey guys, i'm starting this diet up on tuesday, my daily intake looks like this right now:
Cals Fat Cholest Sodium Carbs Sugars Fiber Protein
Totals: 3,072 177g 1,450mg 2,323mg 47g 11g 23g 342g
I subbed in tuna for my last meal instead of the eggs. I'm weighing in at 250lbs right now, and i'm thinking the fat amount of 177g is a little high. Its comming from the almonds especially. I know i'll have to adjust my macros as i drop weight. How are the other categories looking?

your fat and carbs are a little high....although looking at it now if you take away the 23 g of fibre from your carbs then that makes 24 net carbs so that should be ok,try drop ye fat to about 160g although it shouldnt make that much differance in the begining but obviously as your own bf% lower and you lose weight you need to adjust the fat intake acordenly.

day 1 on this diet, started at 84.5kg.
kept my carbs to 21 grams today (According to fitday).
Didn't really feel hungry at all, just a weird feeling in my stomach. Hopefully that will go away..

Damn guys my bad, i incorporated a full cup of almonds instead of a 1/2 cup. Now my macro's make sense. 330g protien, 149g fat and 35g carbs. I'll be starting this tomorrow and be going for about 6-8 weeks.

take some dandilion root the day after your cheat, its a natural diuretic and will help flush the water out.....oh and if ye cheat meal had loads off salt in aswell as the salt your allready taking during the day that could be a problem too........ive stoped salting 2 of my meals for a few weeks coz iam holding water, but when iam salting as normal, ill still not salt my meals on my cheat day and also the day after.........thats just somit i do coz i hold water really bad.

i havent really weighed myself but im almost 2 weeks off the diet and im not too fat
theres clearly weight gain, but nothing extreme
just less vascularity and a bit of chub all around
no biggie. we'll see what happens when i drop the cardio completely (another 2-4 weeks from now)

Hey guys another quick question.....How many hours are u guys putting in between meals? Anywhere between 2 or 3 hours?
Plus i'm comming off a bulk and my last meal would be at 10:15, and i'd pass out at 12. On this cut i'm looking to eat my last meal at 9pm and pass out at 12am. I'll be starving by 10:30pm by the looks of it lol
