Shoulder excersises..

As you can see from bodyspace im progressing nicely, but now i feel that my shoulders are lacking. What can i do to bring them out more? They just don't seem to be popping out from a front view as much as i would like.

What shoulder exercises do you do currently, and on which days? It will be easier to evaluate how to improve if you let people know what your routine looks like currently.

The "staples" are:

- Seated Overhead Press / Military Press
- Lateral Raises
- Reverse Lateral Raises
- Front dumbell raises
- Upright rows
- Face Pulls

Honestly man, I RARELY see folks with very developed shoulders...even on bb.com. I think it's one of 3 reasons:

1. People don't hit the side delts hard enough directly. I think people should focus on upright rows (wide) or side laterals if this part is lacking. This is an opinion and i'm experimenting with lots of side delt work at the moment.
2. People go too heavy or focus too much on shoulder pressing. I see lots of people with good strength on shoulder pressing, but little to show for when it comes to complete delt size ( which they're supposed to help).
3. Most naturals show poor response to shoulder training and for some reason steroids make boulder shoulders out of thin air.

if shoulders are lagging then a seperate shoulder day might help. Or at least train shoulders at the start of a workout. As has been said, plenty of side and rear delt raises.

Something that has worked well for me is HEAVY behind neck push presses and high pulls, something along the lines of 10x3. My shoulders have got that 'cannonball' look with zero direct work. Isolating each head of the deltoid is overrated and pretty much impossible in my opinion, but you can adapt heavy exercises to stimulate certain heads more than others, the behind the neck push press seems to work the whole deltoid hard as opposed to mainly the front deltoid when training standard presses.

Higher volume and intensity with isolation style movements.
