I gotta learn how to do that. Many of the stuff I make up are from past football practices, me in high school, then as a youth coach. Sports (athletic) training has made an invasion into the fitness world.

I have a fairly new Canon camera that allows me to make videos with sound. I should also make a few videos and post. Anything that can assist people with their fitness should be shared.

Bodyweight gymnatics strength training has been my main workout for about the last year. I switched over to an Olympic routine 7 weeks back to change up the stresses on my body.

I was gaining strength like I never have before utilizing gymnastic moves. Just to measure progress after several months, my buddy and I benched to see what we could do. I benched 240lbs without having benched in two years.

I'm now fusing oly lifting with bodyweight moves to get as strong as possible. These two regimes do not support each other at a professional's level, but for a great general workout, it's awesome!

Rings for flyes, dips, and pushups. High bar for lots of ab work, chins of all kinds, Lots of dips on P-bars. Shoulders can be either standing barbell presses or elevated handstand presses.

Barbell work is lots of squats: Back, front, and overhead. Lots of snatch and clean pulls. Still legged deads, good mornings, lunges. I also work on form correct snatches, and cleans. The flexability required for good form Oly work can not be stressed enough.

Between the two sports I'm a little heavier on the oly stuff currently. It does not matter which one I'm doing, they are both great fun, and really kick your butt.
