Well, I can't drink too much, cause I have to be able to make a gallon last me at the least 3 days.
I am hoping to get to where I can drink like 1/4 a gallon a day.

I myself drink 1-2 cups a day, 3 gallons last me a month.
And if you absolutely dont think you can make a gallon last 3 days, then mix with water. If you want 1 cup milk just pour four ounces and fill the other 4 with water.

Why is there restriction on milk, especially skim? If it fits in your daily intake, drink the damn thing!
Learn to count calories and find out how much your eating to maintain your weight.
Anyways I'm just assuming your trying to lose weight, go ahead read this noob guide to losing weight.
Read the whole thing, no skimming! (punt)

May sound crazy, but I drink a gallon of skim milk per day (yes a gallon per day). Been doing it for almost 3 years now. With all that extra calcium, my bones can withstand much heavier weight in the gym. Plus being a hardgainer, its an extra calorie booster. I drink about 8 protein shakes a day, and I couldnt imagine mixing it with water.
Also, at my shoprite, for every 5 gallons of milk you buy, you get one free. Something you guys may want to checkout to save a little money.
