I love doing plate pinches, forearm barbell curls w/arms flat on the bench, and behind curls personally. I have had pretty good results overtime with these exercises for forearm growth.

I prefer the good ole method of not using straps for anything.
Works wonders for me.

Hanging knee/leg raises from a pull up bar, or something similar. Kill two birds with one stone that way.

The best thing to do to get better at sit ups is sit ups.

Or you can blast the abs and forearms at the same time by doing narrow grip (no gaps) pullups, keeping your knees up at chest level throughout.

Abs: Decline Bench Crunches, Cable Crunches, Machine Crunches, focus on the eccentric part of the movement, slowly streching out the abs before you crunch again.
Forearms: Seated Machine Curls- only do these if you want massive forearm growth, use a weight that is heavier than you would use to do bicep curls and squeeze the handles really hard as you move them closer to you. (6-8 reps), after three-four sets of that if your forearms aren't massively pumped and tight as hell you did something wrong.
I did those for a couple months and my forearms grew so much they were almost too big. Awesome exercise for forearms!
