Weird bubble in my wrist..
Hey, A mate saw this when I was benching and took a picture of it.
I have noticed it before, and this picture is the first time i have ever seen it.
Can anyone tell me what this bubble is?

I have those in both of my wrists too. They don't do anything.
Although I've never found out what they are, had them for years.

Ive got a similar bump. I remember how I got it. A girl half my size pushed me into my locker...
I think its displaced cartilage or something.

yep definitely a ganglion cyst, got one on my right hand - u can get rid of em by smashing them open up with something, then they just leak into your bloodstream. it hurts like fuk tho! i wouldnt recommend it sober - one v. drunk night i got my mate to whack it with a bible as hard as he could and it went down after it popped.

LOL WOW I have the same freakin thing on my wrist.. which as stupid as it sounds i've been afraid to have it check out.. and when i do reverse bb curls in front of the mirror it looks like its going to pop out, but i guess u can go to the doctor and have it drained from what i understand. In the meantime I now wear straps soo it helps me ignore the thing. One thing for sure its pretty close to the veins, and Im not sure if taking something like plasmajet will cause a pinch nerve or something.... which maybe would be going to the extreme but heck it ran through my mind.
What do you folks think?

If it's only visible when you're benching then I'm pretty sure you're just cutting off the blood flow in one of your veins and it is forming a bubble. I can make the same bubbles form in my wrists at the exact same spot by making a fist and pushing down on the bottom of palm right above the spot. It's probably just the pressure from the bar causing it to show up.

i have that too its not a cyst cause u dont see anything when theres no pressure on it, i think its a pocket of air thats in your wrist thats causing the bubble.
