Obviously, everyone is different, but you're going to hurt yourself like that, bro. You're using your back to jerk 150lbs around. It's only a matter of time before you do some serious damage. 2 seconds up and 3 seconds down is statistically the best way to lift.

That one guitar, felt good in his hands
Didnt take long, to understand
Just one guitar, slung way down low
Was one way ticket, only one way to go

Nope, it takes time to add muscle size. No point in getting fat along the way.

18 to 20 yrs of age your body has increased bone healing and regeneration
at age 20+ however you should probably stop the back bending exercises because it will kill your discs.
once your 20 years old you can just curl 100 lbs db's with perfect form which you should be able to do by the time your 20. that will build the fibraz and not harm the bodiez

Actually, my best deadlift at that meet was 507 at 157 bdw. I actually cut down my bodyweight for that meet a bit too much so I got sick and threw up the day of the meet. It drained alot of energy out of me. And my best curl in a meet was 187 back in April at the NASA highschool nationals for a world record.

Listen, my main goal is not to train for Size. Douche100 is out of it!!! I train currently for powerlifting so my goals are different. The cheat curls I only do once in a while to help me get the feel for heavier weights for my strict curls in meets. I have curled 187 in comp form back almost 6 months ago for a highschool division world record at 163. Now I can curl over 200 in comp form, and deadlift close to 550 at 162 bdw. I am still gaining some weight back since I cut down to 157 for the 507 and 501 DL vid from my meet. The heaviest I have been is around 170.

Douche100 is not me!!! And to answer your question, ya to a level I'd think they would help with size because they create such a pump. I personally just do them every once in a while for fun and more for strength and endurance.

Strict form works good if your goal is to build only size. I train for power and strength so my training is much different. Honestly, I only cheat that bad once in a while to shock my body and just for fun. I train for strict curls in competition and have curled 187 for a highschool world record in a meet so my training has worked for me. My goal again is not only hypertrophy.

Well again, I am not trying to "build the muscle fibraz" I can get 110 with pretty decent form for a rep like you were saying. But it would be pointless for me to always train that way. In order to lift a heavier you weight, you have to FEEL it. Looser form is improtant every once in a while to gain strength. And honestly, cheat curling is not much more dangerous then squatting with super heavy loads on your back or super heavy deadlifts. Because the weights pushing on your joints in a cheat curl, isn't close to the amount of weight compressing your spine on a squat i'd say. Im not saying squats and deads are bad I mean I think theyr'e great! Im just saying everything has it's risk.

1. Curler is the guy in the vids. Douche100 is a nobody.
2. Curler is training purely for powerlifting in the best way he knows how. Sure, some of it looks like it could be pretty risky, but his style of training has brought him two powerlifting world-record lifts. It's working.
