That vegetarian will become "weak and small"...and you haven't seen meat-eaters who are weak, small, and malnourished? Goes both ways.

Drink raw milk and eat raw cheese and yogart. Problem solved.
So called meat-eaters who are weak, small, and malnourished are people who never really ate a lot of food to begin with. Has nothing to do with the food content.
There are very healthy people who are vegetarians(he is a vegan), such as Brendon Brazier, and then there is everyone else. Of the vegetarians who I personally know, two of them had to stop being vegetarian due to developing an Iron defiency, and another had a Vitamin B defiency.
If you must be a vegetarian, know your sh!t or gtfo.
EDIT: Including you soy worshipers.

I'm a vegetarian. I get most of my protein from milk, eggs and soy. Not hard to meet your requirements, good luck.

You misread me. My point was that whether you eat meat or not, you could still be malnourished. So yes, food content doesn't matter.
Anyone who has to stop being a vegetarian is doing it wrong. Iron is attainable from a plant-based diet. And the only B vitamin you can longer get from vegetables in B12, which, if you used to eat meat, can take a couple of years until a deficiency starts becoming a problem. Easily supplemented.
And I try to avoid soy, might as well. And no, that one guy you mentioned that I actually haven't heard of isn't the onlky strong and healthy vegan (Mike Mahler has been the majority of his life).

Why do you avoid soy? I don't consume much soy but that's not on purpose.
