A great snack idea..
Hey guys, here is a great snack idea if you want a good source of protein and healthy fats. and do away with the protein bars..
1 medium sized bowl
2 scoops protein(Chocolate)
1-2 tbsp Peanut butter(natural)
Add just enough water to moisten it, then stir until thick..
place in fridge for 35-45 mins..
consume at anytime during the day.

Search for 'Sludge', same thing. You are right though, it's delicious! Especially with frozen blueberries.

um its not same thing at all! sludge is microwaved, which is a totally dif exp. and i think not as good as it breaks down some of the good protein chains,

today i tried a similar recipe.
I had about 1 Tablespoon of PB
about 2 table spoons of unsweetened yogurt
a scoop of granola. put in fridge, eat.

Looks pretty bad but tastes great. Sometimes use it at as a dip for vegie sticks like carrots, cucumbers, etc

sludge is not microwaved it can be
how would something that comes out like a brownie be "sludge"
i do this same thing all the time
sometimes dip apples in it
or mix oats with it pre workout
