We suck (realize we're winning 9-2 tonight, summing up because I haven't been on it a long time).

Jay Cutler will save us all!

For what it's worth, I'm excited for the 2010 Sox.

I'll be in the Chi and at the game Saturday the 5th. Hoping I luck out and get Peavy's first start.

that would be cool if you got to see his first start

if you are driving go to schullers pump before the game and park for free if you get some food (google it) then walk to the park. You can get wasted there with $2 beers.

and yes, i have lost hope for the playoffs unless we really turn it around and i mean our whole team. Starting pitching, relief pitching, hitting, and fielding. We have just looked awful all around it isn't even funny. I am ready to blow this team up and get rid of the old timers like JD, Thome, Contreras obviously, and a lot of our bullpen.

I'm sure you have good tickets since you only make it to a few games a year, but if you don't you should hit up the bullpen bar (under right feild bleachers at gate 2) before the game and try to get a patio table. It is an extra $15 per person but seems like it would be worth it if you got a table up on top. Definately try it if you have upper deck seats.

We can find a new DH for sure. Adam Dunn, Aubrey Huff (don't want), there is always a surplus of guys that can hit and don't really belong in the field. Thome is just to slow. I don't know how many runs we have missed out on these last couple years with our slow players clogging the paths and not being able to score from 2nd on a single or from 1st on a double let alone 3rd on a sac fly. There are more DH's that will be available maybe even Hideki Matsui if the yanks let him go.
