Man oh man
This off day was more then needed
The entire week has been absolutely ridicules with training
Every day was at 110%
My strength has shot out of the roof
I feel this week coming will be one for the books

Yes today is an off day and my body needs it
i am at 205# right now
tipping the scale over 198# has not been seen in a long time
like I said I hope to get to 215 by may 1st
my waist is still the same around 32-33
but my paints are a lot tighter around the legs

Cardio and abs
boring!!!

bla bla
cardio day is so damn boring. mindless. standing on a mechine for 20min wasting time. but it is a must, right?

monday was doing smith squats with 315# for my last 2 sets. hips dont hurt. good thing.
was also doing 375# on deads the other day.
yesterday was doing 225# on incline bench.
strenght is def up and i'm feeling damn good.

was 205# last saturday, will be weighing in this saturday.
if i'm up some or the same i will hold that for one more week.
if i'm down then i will add some kcals.
ether way will be posting a pic on sat.

Arm day is a high of my week.
It?s the last day before my off day
I sleep in that morning, feeling recharged
I am not in a rush to get to work cause Im off on Saturdays

I weighed in at 202# yesterday
So I dropped some pounds this week
That?s fine
I said I was going to go to 215# before I put cruse on
But do to how I look right now I think I am going to cruse now
I need to tighten up a bit
So I will stay at this weight for the next 4 weeks
That will give my body enough time to catch up to the calories im putting in

High lights of this week
Squats 315# for sets
Incline press 275# for sets
Bent over barbell rows 225# for sets
Push downs 220# for sets

I definitely feel great
My hips feel great
My shoulder is fantastic

Today is a well deserved off day

Greatest passion

This was what yesterdays leg workout was all about
Leg ext w/ 235# for 12reps
Superset w/ 60# barbell lunges 24steps
Bench step ups with 30# dumbbells 24steps
One legged presses 275# for 10reps

And that was just quads
The other half was just a blur


Today is chest and shoulders
Its going to be all about dumbbells
Every muscle will be hit from every angle

to make it sort and sweat...
my workouts are nuts and so are my days right now..
up at 4am
gym at 6am
work at 7:15am
home at 3:30pm
back at work at 6:00pm
home at 10:00pm
then it begins again...

i am shot right now
will be on this weekend
hopfully will get some sleep tonight.

its been a fantastic past couple of weeks.
Training has been off the wall, even if my sleep has also.
Only get about 4-5hrs a night monday-friday.
Working two jobs at this time to help pay for some school bills.
I have also been looking to move, not sure in what direction, but i know i'm going.

My eating has been pretty tight lately. like i said, i am holding my weight to tightin up a bit.
Going away with the fam next week and got too look good!
once i get back will stak the calories again and plan on moving up another 10# to take me to 215#. then again will hold that for a couple of weeks to tightin up...

Supplement will continue as is, but Controlled labs has came out with a post workout shake again, so that will be added..
Should be getting it this week and cant wait to give it a taste!!!

Leg day today.
going to blast them with some front squats!!! love it.
