watched all of the videos and i want to take my words back, charles glass is not as good a trainer as i thought, the squat he was showing was just pathetic, and he uses too many machines..

Look at the weight plates under his feet to put more emphasis on his quads. Trust me it works and he's going down far enough.
There's different forms of squats, he's doing squats to build muscle not powerlifting. There's a huge difference. Also look up low bar squat and high bar squat.
