Good job on the fat loss bro, but now its time for you to bulk a little bit. Get some muscle on that frame because by judging from your before pics, you didnt have a lot to begin with. Again, awesome job! Nicely done. I would bulk...CLEAN bulk, for 3-6 months. Lift heavy weights to build that muscle up.

Hey bro, First off.. Just lettin you know that the bodyfat percentages on scales are hardly correct. They usually differ 2 to 5 percentages from your actual bodyfat level. And ... Judging by your picture there's no way you're 14%. Abs are visible enough, I'd say you're sitting at roughly 11.5% or 12% bodyfat. Good job.

more progress
Hey all. Here are some pics I took today after finishing up about 7 weeks of my second cut this year. I'm over 80 pounds lighter than I was in january. Sure I lost some muscle and strength from when I training heavy and was over 300lbs a few years back, but I feel great! I haven't weighed this much since middle school!

What seems to work for me is cycling my carbohydrate intake for the most part. I will take in 150 grams one day 100, then 50, then carbs only from dark green veggies for 1 or 2 days depending on how I feel. I did that successfully for my transformation and for most of this last cut. Another thing I tried this time over the last 16 days was to do almost no carbs for 3 days, then do a carb refeed with 1c oatmeal w/natural pb 3 tbsp and maybe a little protein powder and a whole package of rice cakes right BEFORE bed! In the past when I was failing I always stopped eating at a certain time, but that doesn't work for me. When I do the refeed I will have a night sweat and my metabolism shoots sky high which allows me to lose weight until I do it again. It sucks to have the better part of 4 days without carbs, but it sure helps me drop lbs. I didn't have to do nearly the same amount of cardio I did for my transformation and got even leaner! This is something I could stick to, which is also a huge factor for most.
