Starting 5x5 workout

Yesterday started 5x5 workout w/ 2 diffent bi exercises of dropset of 3x10.
Pull ups 5x5
Hammer Back row 5x5
modifiedCable Back row 5x5
Lat pull down 5x5
close grip lat pulldown 5x5
Alt dumbbell curl 5x5
Hanging incline ezbar curl 5x5
standing ezbar Curl dropset wide grip 1x10 50lb -1x10 40lb- 1x10 30lb
Cable ezbar close grip dropset -same weight as above
Weighted Planks 2x1.5 minute @ 70lb on lower back

Kicked my ass . Bi's arnt as soar as i would prefer. sometimes it takes 48 hours to really feal it. So we'll see
