Ab Help

so as far as abs go im ok with what i have above the belly button but right below it just wont go away, much less get the "V"

Currently i do reverse crunches 4x30 (MONDAY)
cables 4x25 (center, left, center, right, repeat) (WEDNESDAY)
and hanging leg reaises. 5x15 (FRIDAY)

i only do cardio 2 or 3 days a week but ill run for 2 -3 miles.

any suggestions??

lowering the bodyfat will make your abs show better,you can do all the ab work you want and if you dont get rid of the layer of fat above them, they wont show.

Lower abs are one of the last things that come in on a cut. They just take a little more time.

Keep on decreasing bodyfat.

I agree. In achieving the "final" cuts it really takes leaning out which means diet and cardio.
