Ab Help
so as far as abs go im ok with what i have above the belly button but right below it just wont go away, much less get the "V"
Currently i do reverse crunches 4x30 (MONDAY)
cables 4x25 (center, left, center, right, repeat) (WEDNESDAY)
and hanging leg reaises. 5x15 (FRIDAY)
i only do cardio 2 or 3 days a week but ill run for 2 -3 miles.
any suggestions??
