Angry I don't like to weigh in.....

I hate scales........Once I hit 130Lbs I cant never seem to go any lower. WTF?!?!?!?

So true ^
Muscle mass will always be heavier than fat tissue. So I always tell myself it's ok to be 145lbs of pure muscle LOL

I hear ya!

I think most of us have that "bottom line" weight that out bodies have great difficulty going below --- I have hovered around 120 for close to 1 year --- while TRYING to lose "weight" --- but after cutting for past 5 months - I know I have dropped body fat --- and potentially gained some muscle -- so I'm not sweating the numbers at all.

BTW, you look freakin' awesome at 130 ish!
