19 years old 125lbs.
Hell everyone first of all sorry about my grammar mistakes i am a foreign, and i not sure if its right place to write my thread.
So my problem is, I am 19 years old 123lbs 8% fat oh and I am 6'1 high, skinny and tall. I can do 30 pull ups, I can bench 180 5 times. I think I can say that i am strong? But i do not have muscles... I mean i have it but it doesn't look right for how much i work out every 2nd day of the week for 2 hours.I just want beautiful body, when you take your short off everyone is like "woohaa look at that guy". Please help me, tell me what to do, maybe i need work out different way or eat something different, but I eat a lot guys I really do...
So yeah waiting for responses.

You can start by going to bodybuilding.com and reading the articles on nutrition then training.

dont believe you bench that much..tall+skinny = not good for benching.

Bro, if you can only do 30 pullups at 123, there is no way you can bench 180 x 5
just sayin.

i was in same spot you were i still am im 20 yrs 140 and 6"2. I have just started gaining. the biggest thing is track your calories go to livestrong.com and they have something called the daily plate USE IT everyday and track calories. Aim for about 3000 calories a day and if you dont get it then dont waste your time trying to gain weight you wont. You need to do it right or not at all! what i do is take few table spoons of olive oil has a lot of calories and it is good for you. DONT WASTE MONEY ON GAINERS! they are pointless and taste like crap i have tried a lot of them. Just get ON gold whey and do about 2 scoops a day thats what helped me pack on mass. I am skinny but i have muscle. Then for a workout only go about 3 times a week and about 1 hr. Guys like us overtrain easily. look for a basic full body workout and give it a shot! change workout every 4 weeks or so. PUSH YOURSELF. not to the point where you are not doing form correctly, you know what i mean though. if you want to ask anything just email me. but look on BB.com for ectomorph articles those helped me a lot

Whatever about his e-stats. Dude you gotta eat a lot. Especially at your height, you're still probably eating under maintenance. How many meals you have going a day? Try to stuff in 4-6 meals a day. What I did was go from my pitiful 2 meals a day to 4, then after a week or two of that, to 5, and play around between 5 and 6 meals a day depending on my workout days. Read up on nutrition. 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, etc.

and dont lie about how much you can lift wont get you anywhere cause odds are you cant bench 100lbs if you are that thin

At 6'2" and 125lbs your bmi is 16. I don't usually care about bmi's but theres no way you would have enough energy to workout. Either height or weight is wrong

Well, bowl of serial in the morning called Honey nutt Cherios 1 banana, then on lunch time witch is from 11-12 for me i don't eat... because food in college just disgusting so i just wait until 2 o'clock to eat at home, but at home i eat macaroni with meat then i eat 1 banana , and then i just chilling until 9 and then eat meat with something, and 12 i got to bed. Thats my routine.

yeah man you should try eat around every 3 hours so around 4-5 meals a day.
Also try get in around 3000 calories a day if you don't mind putting on a bit of fat, drink around 1-2 litres of milk a day.
you're doing good with the meat look around peoples training logs or through this section if you wanna find peoples diets

lol , i live in USA, i lived in Russia for 16 years then moved to USA. Btw i lived in village in Russia where we had no water and heating inside of house so we had to wait for tractor to come to our house every mon-fri so he would fill up our container of 200liters with water, we had to use fireplace in winter time, wake up like at 6 o'clock and make fire because its damn cold inside of house.
That's was my life in Russia, that's what probably made me strong.

skinny people ALWAYS say they eat a lot but when they tell you how much they eat it really becomes apparent that they do not eat anywhere near enough...
anyway brah. That may feel like a lot of food to you but it's nothing. You need to eat a lot more. aim for a solid 2500 calories per day now and increase it as you gain weight.

[lol, i dont see why everyone is giving him crap about his bench. Size doesnt always have alot to do with strength. When i was 15yrs old, 5'9 and 150lbs I already had a 1RM on bench of 210 because i worked out upper body 4 days a week 2 hours a day and trained hard, just give him some good advice instead of giving him sh!t

You're 5'7 he's 6'1 that's why the 180 pounds for 5 reps is hard to believe.
