Progress Pics 1.5yr What you guys think
Hey these are just some progess pics of mine over about 1.5-2yr I went from 165 in first pics and worked about about 8 months in those pics to about 190 the Back dbl bi after is me at 186 and the Most muscular is at 190. These pics are all cold and I Am now 196lbs. Btw I am 19yrs old now sorry for the old after pics only slighter bigger now

Very nice, looks like your rear delts have blown up! Traps too  Infact there are very significant changes all over.

My diet was high carbs and protein mainly consisting of turkey chicken potatos rice and oatmeal pretty basic bb food occasional red meat. I was on a 6 day split 1 body part a day but I hit chest on my last day again because that was probably my weakest bodypart.
For rear delts I do some sort of reverse fly but using high volume my favorite was incline bench reverse flies where i would do anywhere from 20-25 reps. I am currently on a powerlifting split with more compound excercises which helped me hit 197 I will have new pics soon see if that extra 7lbs is noticable lol, but I will deffinitly be switching to my old routine again.
