Saran Wrap.
I thought it was an urban myth I heard one time and that'd be the end of it - nope.
Being that I work in a drug store - we sell fat burners. Yesterday a very uneducated lady called me over and asked for my opinion between Alli and Relacore, being I didn't know anything about Relacore I told her what Alli does and she'd be homebound...she was okay with that. Nevertheless I told her I thought they were both garbage and she told me she's already bought a ton of fat burners and none work, etc. I asked about diet, she said she rarely ate, duh, anyway there was no winning with her.
But I bring her back to the counter after I unlock the Alli box she wants and another woman comes up behind her, and starts going off about how she wraps her body in saran wrap, and runs through the field behind her house in the afternoon (Texas afternoons often break 100 degrees)
By this time she has this poor uneducated woman convinced because this lady lost 5lbs running around in the heat she has to do it too. I attempted to explain it was water and you didn't really want to do that...but the saran wrap lady told me I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about, some days I don't have enough facepalm.

Folks just dont seem to understand that water weight loss isnt fat loss...
Hell there are lots of folks here that don't get it at first...

Well, at least she is running around? It is better than those people who take a whole slew of fat burners without trying to change their diet or exercise.

Nah she wasn't exercising, it was the lady behind her that was, Lady 2 (Saran Wrap Lady) said she wrapped her body in saran wrap and wore her sweatpants and a hoodie (smart)
Things like this just make me want to snap off something smart, I at least tried to help the poor uneducated woman but the other day (saran lady) ruined any hope lady 1 had.

Saran Wrap? that has got to be the dumbest thing ive ever heard. You should of told the lady she was better off wearing a winter coat and three pairs of pants...hopefully she would have a heat stroke and rid the world of stupidity

yea 10 times out of 10 is why the fat burners they buy dont work. i guess they think they can eat all they want and whatever they want and the pills are supposed to burn it right off while doin nothing but eating lol .

That reminds of a friend that tried to convince me that if he drank alchohol every day and worked out that he would be dehydrated so he would lose fat not water weight. I shook my head as he drank everyday for 30 days and barely ate.

There is some truth in the whole thing but the difference is tiny and for the whole heat feeling like your going to pass out is not worth it. When you body is hot like being in a sauna your heart rate will rise as it trys to regulate temperature.
Problem is some many people see one change as there answer to weight loss like taking a eca stack and doing nothing and eating the same.
