Is my body producing high amounts of androgen without PH's or AAS???

Okay, guys this is not really a big deal or anything but recently, for the first time in my life, and I'm 22, my strength and lean muscle seems to be increasing drastically. And I've been getting weird wrist pains and back pumps. Now, so far I've not taken my protein shake and have been drinking skimmed milk powder with water and having 3 cans of 250g tuna along with either tuna steak or 250g chicken breast. I have tried upping my carb intake but it isn't working, I just continue to feel insanely hungry, must be eating near enough 5000 cals n feeling like a starving ethiopian and still getting back pumps and wrsit pains. And yes, take cod liver oil everyday. Plus I've cut out tea because I know that can raise DHT. I went to a local health shop and they told me to get zinc, magnesium and arginine to help but they don't seem to have an effect at all.
I'm not lifting the same numbers I was before injury but I'm definitely getting bigger and more ripped, gained 5lbs somehow in 2 and a half weeks but can't see where the fat gain is so assuming it must've been muscle. Another really annoying thing is I'm a happy go lucky kinda person with an aggressive side that's pretty bad but I never normally get pushed that far. But recently have gotten more aggressive and more agitated about small things and have weird dreams about beating the sh** into people for no reason. It's confusing why this is all happening and despite seeing some muscle gain, it pisses me off that I'm lifting well above my body weight with good technique and full ROM but alot of the guys in my gym are lifting less and beefed as hell. WTF??

I was considering taking a PH cycle a while back but right now I'm not sure if it'd be safe considering the unexplained androgenic effects I'm experiencing now. What would you guys suggest? I really wanna know how far my strength and size could go with external aid but atm I seem to be gaining a lot, rapidly without anything, not even protein shake?? Would taking a PH be detrimental or accelerate the gains? And how can I combat my current problems without spending a fortune?

But yea, I'm gonna rip up the track end of the summer and by next year run below 11 consistently and get my times down to 10.5.

If you don't like me - suck on it
