Help with some motivation please and BF%
Hi everyone, just looking for some help trying to get down to 10% BF, if anyone could post a shot of their drop from around my BF now to around the 8-10% that would be great and let me know how long it took. And any ideas of current BF% thanks.

5'7 190 lbs? That alot of LBM, (much envy from me).
Edit: I see the stats change to 5'8 175, but still leaner than me

Thanks Go, anyone care to say what is a sensible amount of BF% to lose a week lifting 5 times and cardio 21mins 5 times with clean diet, so I can try to set some weekly goals?

.5% a week was the advice I saw given to another with similar situation.
The leaner you're, the higher chance of muscle loss through huge deficit. My .02
Here article from Lyle, he highly respected man (in BB world) w/ science backing him up.

BB is a marathon and not a sprint! Just start a program and stick with it. This is my comeback to the BB arena. 1 year progress and only 5 pounds less.

You're around 11-12%
I would increase cardio and training. What's diet like?

Cheers pesty, i know its a long thing, I have been training for 5-6 days a week for 5 years continuously and have never got ripped in that time, I have always been trying to put on more muscle but have realised being lean is the way to go, otherwise all the hard work I've put in over the years is for nothing if you cant see it, like you can on all you guys who look wicked.

11-12% well I'm getting there then. Thanks rain for the reply. Well my diet is not a precise one, I have no clue to the amount of calories, I try to eat rice, tune, chicken, fish and meat, veggies and salad in smallish portions 5-6 times a day. (Not all of it in one dish)
