i just ate like 1500-2000 calories for dinner fml! im on a cut!
FML! i had some dip with a ****load of creme cheese!!!!!
then a cheeseburger and shrimp and lots of grapes!
IM SO SCREWWEED! it was like 1500-2000 calories!
wtf i hate myself
i went and did my eliptical for 30 mins and burn like 390 calories then did like 300 jumping jacks to help burn some off. i go to bed in two and a half hours. i dont wana loose my abs  ! i've been bingeing so much now im starting to not even be able to see them when i flex im getting fat again and im really scared help me  !
how can i stop binging!?!?!

yes the dip had sausage cream cheese and peppers my dad said i took in like 1000 calories worth of it i mean i binged so hard it was like half the ****ing dip. and it was like on a 2 foot long 3 inch deep platter. then i had a cheese burger, two tomatoes, a few carrots, a **** ton of grapes....
it was a lot of calories

it will make ur body lose fat better and stay off

hey bro, when i feel like cheating, i'll try and substitue something in that tastes nice but wont hurt me much. i'll just have my regular plain ass meal, maybe have a couple pieces of sugar free candy or something with a bit of flavour. i'll take my time to eat the meal then chew some gum to make me feel full and that usually helps me forget about cheating for a while. if the cravings are too strong, i'll cheat. but it will a very small cheat meal. afterwards i'll feel guilty, up my cardio a bit, and train harder.
i'm about 4 weeks out from a contest and i went out to chinese the other night, ate a massive bowl of fried rice, a whole deep fried crispy skin chicken in lemon sauce, a massive plate of mixed veggies in some kind of sauce and bits n pieces of everyone elses meals. i put on about half a kilo and it took me a few days to lose it. i'm going to have some ice cream after the gym today too. i wont have any cheats after next week, but personally, i would just say that you shouldn't worry about binging for one meal of the day every once in a while. just dont do it all that often.
to compensate for this binge i might suggest cutting out some calories here and there for a few days from some of your meals. give a fat burner a shot and maybe do some cardio. don't worry about it too much man.
it's taken me a couple of years to get to the point where i can resist just about any cheat type food without too much thought. i used to just flip out randomly from being so strict on my diets and eat like half a cake or a whole block of chocolate. cheat meals are important in keeping me sane haha.
good luck buddy. you'll be alright.
p.s. even after a one meal binge, if you look at yourself in the mirror the next day you will doubtfully be able to see any difference to how you look.

ive gained too much wait. like i had an 8 pac without flexing and now cant see it anymore and now i have to flex to see just a 6 pack. its time to cut. then im just gunna clean bulk not dirty bulk

cuz i look really fat when i bulk and i cant take it.. neither can the ppl at the pool.
i have **** genetics and my pecs start to sag when i put on just a SMALL AMOUNT of fat. and i look gross so im cutting and staying thin and lean (I KNOW I SHOULDNT BE BUT ITS MY DECISION FOR NOW)

Well you should probably be bulking. Cutting right now you'll probably lose most of what you gained on your 'bulk' so you should bulk until you have some significant muscle mass.

how did i do it wrong? i ate ham turkey broccoli cheeses peanut butter milk water and just cheated a lot lol.
i had 6 meals a day with 300 calories each thats 2400, my maintenance is 2200, i was gaining weight slowly and gained six pounds and i still look fat ;( it took 2 months to gain six pounds
