add 1cc of Bac water to the one vial. Makes 10 IU's. Draw the Insulin needle and fill it to the 10 mark for 1 iu,l 20 mark for 2 IU's
Anyone chime in if I am wrong, but this is what I do. And I do not think there is any difference between what you have and generic blue tops. I have had both and both gave my sore joints an hour after injecting, but I was doing 10IU every three days and had really awesome results, but I was on for 2 years. And you wont see anything til about 3-4 months (for me it was that time frame) I was on a mediocre diet and was getting crazy ripped.
