Am I the only one who thinks Mahi Mahi taste terrible?
Most fish has no taste, just texture, but MM tastes like cod to me
Tilapia is good, as with sole.
Weather is nice today! Went for an 1hr walk praying it wouldn't rain.

Toronto has a ton of gun-related killings. Not sure about illegal possession though.
I'm not a gun fanatic (although I want to fire some), so I don't keep informed about that stuff.

You don't have to join the reserves. You can always go to a fire range place and they offer classes for beginner. In fact, I think is one of the requirement before they allow you to fire a gun.

I don't have it very often, actually....I don't know where to find it in Toronto. This was a fresh Mahi Mahi steak though...I used olive oil, lemon, and a little cilantro to make a marinade, and I brushed it on the top and bottom and broiled it. I'm a perfectionist though, so if it isn't the right texture it isn't acceptable.

Sam's Club shut down (because we're morons!) and I just got a Costco card...so I'll probably look into getting some when I get back up to Toronto.
And yes, I think I'm quite a good cook. (I learn from the best!)
EDIT: Off to train! It's chest/tri's today...wish me luck

Afternoon all, lifes been good. Just started Westside training program and man it's just ODD. Speed days are odd, people in my gym start to look at me funny when I'm doin 10 sets of 2 reps......BUT I am loving heavy days, my lifts have all gone up which is nice, I must be doing something right....
Damn it's getting HOT here now and I'm loving it. Vacation time was fun, hot and fun. Then once I got back to the mountains BAM rain every day for two weeks straight. Finally summer is here and I'm lovin it.
Nice lift Pete, I'd say you'll break 600 sooner than the 2 month mark. That lift looked clean and close to effortless, no rocking back and forth to lock the bar out. Good job.

we can. theres just alot of restrictions on storage and transportation. I.e. you cant have your ammo and guns in the same safe...when transporting, there needs to be a trigger or cable lock.retarded.
anyone without a crimnal record can pretty much get a liscences for shotguns and rifles (no automatics). Its a little more difficult to get a liscence for handguns unless you're law enforcement/active member of a gun club/range. And the only people allowed to carry (open or concealed) are law enforcement and military on duty.
or you can visit the local crack house and rent a gat for the night if you only need a quickee. jussayin'

np.
Really bad nerve pain in my right trap kept me up all night, and doms from yesterdays chest workout is a bitch....havn't trained chest since november ( it was stronger than my upper back before the accidents, and doc advised i avoid direct training because the existing imbalance was impeding recovery of my back.)
Did some cardio on the bike to get the blood flowing and alleviate the tension.

No worries there girl you can join me on my next one.
Hit the states up with my kids, took em to Silverwood theme park. Which was AWESOME and then around the rest of Idaho and Washington, they LOVED it. Especially the rotating restaurant at the Space Needle. It hit 45 degrees in Seattle....which was HOT, nice but HOT. The news said people were dying because of the heat.
