100% Cacao, not cocoa... BIG difference! (and bit of water is necessary as well, didnt really say that)
I do this only I blend the cottage cheese until it has the consistancy of pudding. Than do the 100% cacoa and stevia/splenda (I use 1/2 and 1/2 as it takes out the bitterness) This tastes just like chocolate pudding. Or freeze it for a chocolate sorbe. Good stuff...
