whey protein isolate in the morning and before & after exercise because it is a quick digesting protein. The caseins should be taken before bed because they are slow digesting proteins.

Milk Protein Isolate is about 80% Casein, 20% whey. Micellar Casein is high grade casein protein.

All the ones you listed are slow duration proteins. Take them whenever you want slow absorbtion, such as before bed or if you have to go a long time without eating. A bit of any of these mixed into a post-workout shake is prob worth doing as well.
