Ring of Fire
Has anyone tried Larry Scott's ring of fire for the midsection, and how did it go?
I should have titled the post Larry Scott's ring of fire core training. Although I have to admit Johnny Cash came to mind when I saw what he titled his routine. He did win Mr America, Mr Universe, and the first 2 Mr Olympias, and I was a fan as a teen in the 60's. I am interested in what he says and if someone has tried the technique and how it works.

Hmmm...I thought maybe a geology thread.
I skimmed over the article but am far from knowledeable enough to comment on it.
I've never seen a post inquiring about this article so it will be interesting to hear what the experts say.
Good luck...

I'm very sceptical about any routine that claims to isolate fat burning around the midsection and this phrase "These are the... furnace that burns fat around your
waist." - referring to core muscles doesnt inspire confidence.
You can only reveal abs by reducing BF% and isolating core exercise wont do that -
I must admit - I didnt read on after that... I boxed it up with 'abflexor' and all that other rubbish in my head... may be I was wrong.

The muscles that burn the fat around my waist are in my legs.
