dandelion root for water retention

I have heard of it used solo quite a bit; and it's a mainstay in most diuretic formulas. Other main ingredients usually include taraxicum and uva ursi.

It's probably not a great idea to use long term; but can help out here and there. Increase water intake while using it as well. (Seems counterintuitive, but it's necessary)

Sub Q by Fusion has some in it,I take Watertight by pvl 4 days every 10 days and I got shredded

thanks so much guys! I was thinking of using it to cut down a bit before my hubby comes home. I retain a lot of water and looking to show off some more definition

Anyone else have experience with Dandelion root?

For a temporary effect, I know people who are happy with the diuretics from Scivation, MRM, SAN, and MHP. On a budget, consider a product from NOW Foods called "Water Out"

Most think it only takes one day of use, but from what I've seen it takes about 3 days.

Scivation Showtime worked well for me and i picked it up dirt cheap on sale one time, free with Dialene-4X the next so be on the look out for deals like that. i would not recommend using these type of products for more than a few short days and be sure to increase your water intake while on. good ideas for use are pre-contest, before the beach/vacation, or big event.

Yeah... the botanical and the common name. It gets confusing at times. Because of regulations, sometimes products will have both names.

Sometimes companies will just put just botanical names, making a product have a 'cool' factor because the end-user make think it is new and 'innovative'.

In my experience, about 2 days to see effects, but they do work.

This summer, we've had too many "surprise, come to the pool/beach" invitations. I'm working on a rapid water release topical diuretic formula. The Dandelion IS one of the many ingredients.

Awesome! This is my second day, no real difference. Chugging tons of water. Tomorrow I'm going to limit carbs, sugar and sodium all weekend and see how it goes along with it. :P
