After my chest workout I can barely do 5 pushups cos they're fried.
What is your current chest workout?

How are we supposed to answer this without knowing what your split is like?

Pushups will help build muscle endurance, but won't necessarily build a bigger chest.
How about adding an extra set for each exercise, or incorporating DB flat presses?
Also, be careful with training delts one day, and chest the next. My chest workout will suffer dramatically if I were to do this.

Ill do 4-6 sets of 25 on days I can't make it to the gym, since I work the night shift and goto school in the morning and before work. Its better to work your muscles than to not work them at all,but then again you guys know that already. Faaaahhgghettttaboutit!

Your split looks fine, might just need as said: db/bb press. No reason for the pushups, the only thing you will achieve is overtraining.

Add more volume.
Change rep ranges.
Try new exercises.
Try something like pyramids, drop sets etc.
If you can do BW + 90 on dips, pushups aren't going to make your chest grow much.

then try improving your form, also incline hits more of your shoulders than flat
theres no way i would ditch flat bench just like that

I've been doing pushups with extra weight for a few weeks and i've seen some decent results. You probably won't gain much strength or size from doing them without a weight, just endurance.

if you can do pushups do them
