Should I follow the insutructions on my Creatine bottle?
I went and bought creatine today. It's my first time buying creatine. It says "for the first 5 days, take 2 servings immediately after workout. If not working out on that a day take 1 serving in the morning and another after 12 hours. After the 5 Days take 1 serving after workout."
Should I follow these instructions?

Yes.
You load your mucsles with more creatine then needed, then you just take enough to keep it at optimal levels.

You don't have to load it, but you might as well just follow the instructions.

Yea good point... You dont need to follow them.
Most people don't anyways... (When I use to take creatine, I never did)
But I mean, go ahead.
Its not neccessary though..

Follow the instructions, logic would dictate this because instructions should be followed.

There is no need to load. It will simply allow you to reach a saturation point faster. After about a month of regular creatine dosing at 2-5 grams/day (or about a week of loading at about 20grams/day) a saturation point is reached, and the timing of creatine ingestion with other substrates will have little additional benefit, if at all.

5 grams per day are enough. I think it is better to load first 5 days but it is not so important. Take the creatine after workout and if you could afford Amino Acids. The combination creatine+amino after workout is very good
