quick question..?

I have been talking to a few people and I am getting diffrent results, does doing crunches help you lose fat or do you get bigger or whats the deal? Ive been doing them but, I dont see much results...

I think you are forgetting the real meaning of ABS. It?s a muscle just like any other muscle in your body. What happens to a muscle when you workout. For some it gets defined and for some it becomes bigger. And in weight training there are special methods to define muscles and to grow muscles. Same principles apply to abs as well. Crunches don?t burn fat. It maybe but it wont burn as much as for you to lose weight. So if you wanna burn fat do some other things.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. You could literally do 1000 crunches every day, if your bodyfat isnt low enough, your not going to see them. Unfortunately its impossible to "Spot reduce" fat, abs come out when the body fat is low.
