Do your muscles shrink?
this happens to me alot its so annoying from day to day my overall muscle look smaller and bigger does this have to do with the way i eat or the way my split or workout is? im not talking about a pump ither

best way to do show yourself its all in your head if your really buggin is just measure your arms and legs and whatever and record them and you will see you arent goin down

i always feel small and weak days after my workout. when i stop feeling sore i feel 'bigger'. it's normal, but you didn't shrink

could be because of carb depletion. when you have more carbs (glycogen) stored in your muscles, they appear to have a fuller look. Having a lack of glycogen will have the opposite appearence, making your muscles look "smaller", or less full

Yeah, it's your diet certain foods give it a certain look.

Some days you will eat a **** ton of food and look bloated, this makes me look a lot more full all over, then i will get up in the morning and look deflated in a sense, until i go eat again and again and again and again, etc..

When I wake up my muscles ARE smaller, then when I get 1 and 2 meals in me I look my "normal" self. Although I guess my normal self would actually be the depleted look...

when you eat a meal does your belly bulge? then do you suck in (naturally so you don't look like a beer belly)? cuz when you do that your whole upper body expands. but when you got no food in your tummy you can't suck in or you'd be a stick

When I eat a meal yes my belly bulges, but this is NOT what I am talking about. I am talking about my MUSCLES fill out more after I start eating for the day. I am pretty sure it has to do with the glycogen stores of the muscles.
