Buffalo Wings and CKD
Hi all, well I have a quick question.. I wanted to know if your doing CKD could I make some buffalo Wings? If so does anyone out there have a recipe that they use I am going to the store and would like to pick up all the stuff I would need...If its a no go then please say! so I can cross it off...LOL really trying to make a go at this...

do chicken, frank's redhot sauce, butter, or vinegar have carbs? didnt think so......make and enjoy the wings and enjoy......with extra ranch/blue cheese if you want.

Yes! Frank's Redhot! It has a recipe on it. I buy 72 wings at a time at Costco. Giddyup.

Last year when I was on a very strick keto diet, Buffalo wings were a staple in my diet.
My recipe is bomb and will beat out most resturants...

Looks easy and seems so damned tasty!!!
I prefer traditional buffalo wings but I love wings of all kinds. As long as they have bleu cheese with them.

If you can eat 72 wings in one sitting, you are a beast of a man! I did 50 jumbo wings once and thought I was going to die.
