176 son. Very rarely has anyone come out and said "My gut is big because of growth hormone/insulin." Seriously find a qoute of someone saying their gut is due to growth hormone/insulin use. Food is an excuse. Bodybuilders have been eating tons of food since the beginning of bodybuilding time and only when GH/Insulin use became rampant did we start seeing guts on people with 3-4% bodyfat.
As for your waist commment theres a difference between a wider waist and a friggin Ronnie Coleman, Craig Titus, whoever, esque pot belly pregnant gut.

Well in that video at the dexter classic he had 24 inch arms and 32.5 inch legs. Some people said its myotape so minus 2 inches off it .. So 22 inch arm and 30.5 inch legs (also this is not measured nowhere near the largest part)
So i reckon a prime ronnie may have 23 inche arms pumped, 34 inch legs, 58 inch chest.. In other words
Somewhere around those figures

Agreed, bodybuilders were force feeding back in the 1970's and Tom Platz used to drink something like a gallon or gallons of milk per day.
If it was food we would have seen guts in the 1970's and 100% 1980s.
