In need of program for West Point
Hello, I will be 16 years old in about a month now, and I'll be going into 11th grade. I'm not really a physically strong person. Well I have a few goals that I would like to meet:
Push ups: 60+ (30 atm)
Pull ups: 10+ (1 atm)
Sit ups: 75+ (40 atm)
Basketball throw: 70ft (? atm)
Each exercise with the exception of the throw is done without rest for 2 minutes.
I would also like to add running in the mix.
Let me list what I own and what exercises I can perform:
Weider Pro 4950 - Chest press, Butterfly press, Leg lifts, Bicep curl, Rows, Military press, Lat pull down, and Leg press
Straight Bar w/ up to 75lb - Bench, and Clean
Iron Gym - Push ups, sit ups, chin ups and pull ups
Well could anyone help me towards these goals in 10 months?
