Keep doing pullups, you get better, but yeh it takes time, if you can do 2, then do somthing like 5 x 2, then do pulldown with a wide grip and some one arm dumbbell row, start out with that for the back for about 4 - 5 weeks then change it to 2 new things and keep the pullup.. hope it makes scenes

Dumbbell rows work well for me. But pulldowns and such as stated before will also work. It's really about what works best for YOU. And only you can figure that out.

It's all about hitting all of your muscles from many different angles.. It may sound cliche but it's true.
Pulldowns a great! So are rows!
Try different pulldowns - wide grip, close grip.. try standing up with your arms STRAIGHT on the pull downbar.. keepping them straight pull the bar down.. it's a wickeedd burn!
And rows.. T-bar.. dumbbell.. barbell..
But DON'T forget your lower back!
I know you can't see the muscles as much, but it's really important to keep them strong.

patience will give you results, all back excersises have their place.
t-bar rows are best for upper back thickeness imo, deadlifts for lower.

I'd focus on deadlifts, pullups, and rows if that's your thing. Try GTG with pullups.

Pulldowns = waste of time. Do pullups.
-Heavy Deads
-Heavy Barbell Rows
-Cable Rows
-Pullups
I think you would look alot better if you actually posed correctly though, flexing your lats. I don't think that picture does you justice. Keep it up.
