So, if one was to take in everything, the SAIS Routine and the the Henniman Size principle, doesnt it seem logical that you may want to perform the exerices in reverse?

20, 10, and 6....instead of
6, 10, and 20 ???

It seems to be a good routine. Anyone tried it before?

The S.A.I.S. Work Out

I have just started this routine to give it a try because I was bored with some of the things I've been doing and needed a switch - so what the hell.

I am on day two and my chest and biceps feel great from day 1 and are sore. The leg day though was pretty weak as my last routine hit the legs amazingly hard, but the quads are starting to burn a little after a couple hours.

All in all I think it a good workout, I hate waiting 5 minutes in between the heavy sets though...

I know this is an old post I am replying to but maybe someone else will see it and give it a go. I am trying this routine currently, just started a week and a half ago, and it seems to be working great so far! I have switched it up a bit so I can do everything but legs with free weights (at home). I also do, Chest/bicep, rest, shoulder/tricep, calves, back/forearms, rest, legs.

To get around the 5 minute wait I do Chest1, wait 2.5 minutes, Bicep1, wait 2.5 minutes, Chest1, etc. So, I am getting the 5 minutes (and 3 minutes (with 1.5 minute rests) for the 10 rep sets) rest between the sets for the muscles but doing twice as much in the 40 minutes or so.

Just an idea.
