my hamstrings are killing me from straight leg deadlifts...last thing i did for legs the day before yesterday.

I just did back two days ago from like...1.5 years off of weights ( couldn't afford a membership..got let go from work, in school, all that fun ).
Feel destroyed. My arms can't even go straight.
Feels awesome. Might just take it easy today and do some skip rope/hit the bag. Going biking for the next 4-5 days so that will be good too.

so I have been doing single muscle groups(arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs) and abs every other day...starting to think about doing 2 a day. like back and bis, chest and tris, but then i dont know how i would split that throughout the week. or as one dude said about maybe a push pull type work out
