I have a feeling with Olympia politics phil heath will be the screwing on kai
not kai screwing on a grapefruit...
none the less he is going to monster him big time in the rear double bicep and side tricep...
and lets not forget in the rear lat spread

Kai's IFBB pro ex-girlfriend, who also used to post here, said Kai knows what's been discussed on the forums. She tried defending all the gay 4 pay garbage by saying Kai is straight and has never been with a man and only did stripper activities, but it was pointless. Even if Kai didnt have a stripper past, it's very unlikely that he or any other active pro would post here for more than 15 minutes.
There are three conditions to successfully post here as an active pro:
1) The majority of the forum wants to tea bag you. (ex. Phil Heath)
2) You are completely irrelevant as a pro. (ex. Rusty Jeffers)
3) You talk sh*t right back to posters in a way that would make even the best misc trolls proud (ex. King Kamali)
Everyone else will ditch this place with the quickness.

Why would Phil and other Pro's not come online? They say they aren't, but then after a show they say they read something online a week before the show. In otherwords, they WHERE ONLINE READING...oh well

If both are on Heath will win because he is a big arms bad mofo. If Heath is off go ahead and blame politics if he places higher. Though even if he's off you could still argue he could beat Greene with superior shape/aesthetics.

he is like dexter but doesnt have the balance that dexter does.
or the width of dexter from the front or back...
his improvements will be interesting to see ....
as we know dex doesnt make drastic improvements so likely he will bring the same package to 09 olympia...
phil still cant change some things about his physique in such little time....
it took 10 years for dexter to bring up his weak points

He's thicker than Dexter that makes up for the width difference. He's a thicker version of the current Mr.O.
